Please be aware that during high volume times of the day, it is possible, but unlikely that the wait time for delivery may be 5 to 10 minutes longer than the time stated by the computer when ordering online. These times typically include 12:00 to 1:30pm and 4:30 to 8:00pm.

It is also important that, if possible, you please check for your confirmation email after placing your order. There are a few situations in which it appears that an order has been processed but in fact has not. These situations will be reflected in your confirmation email which will notify you with your order status. Sometimes the confirmation email will get stuck in a spam folder, so please be sure to check in there if you do not receive your confirmation email. If you are certain that you did not receive a confirmation email, it is best to call the store for a status update.
